We were here for our 28th Anniversary. The hotel is very welcoming on arrival, staff almost fighting to take your bags and assist in any way. We checked in and checked out the room. Very compact, but everything you need. Some rooms don't have much of a view so check first. As others have mentioned the beds are very high - be wary if you roll around and night and try to remember when you get up in the morning... Another quirky thing is that the bedroom/bathroom are separated by a curtain rather than a wall, which is different. Otherwise the rooms are excellent, beautifully laid out and with a great atmosphere. We didn't eat there but we did have some drinks in the bar in the lobby. Some excellent cocktails and again, excellent service, especially by the new trainee. We live in Hanoi so it was more of a StayCa but it's a nice hotel regardless, a little on the high side pricewise but you do get what you pay for.

As a first time visitor to Hanoi and Vietnam, the stay at the property was amazing because of its location. It is located in a Trang Tien which has a vibe of the French quarters of New Orleans. The personnel were very helpful and friendly.

We had a great Saturday "StayCay" at this hotel. Our anniversary was on the Sunday so we overnighted there prior to a special brunch the next day. The lounge bar was very nice, staff were attentive and good at their job. The room was very nice, despite not much of a view. Well worth a stay, and much cheaper than some of the other hotels in this area. Check it out.
